Vetting of Staff Provided to You

Our candidates go through a thorough vetting process before any work is offered:

At interview, as experienced recruiters, we are passionate about assessing the candidates' suitability for work and tailoring their skills to each client and positions they would be suited to. 

Many are also rejected at the interview and vetting stage as we only want to offer you quality of staff.  

We won't put anyone into a position just to 'fill a gap'!

Each candidate's details will be emailed to you prior to their first assignment including DBS information and a photo.

Our vetting process encompasses:

  • Face to Face interview
  • Qualification check - originals seen
  • Proof of address
  • Health declaration
  • Two professional references (verbal where possible)
  • Teachers also have QTS: Induction clarification 
  • List 99
  • Safeguarding and barring check DfE
  • Photo ID viewed (VISA if applicable) to confirm nationality and suitability to work in UK
  • Enhanced DBS
